Privacy & consent
Date My Pal is run by Fizzy Moon Limited (company number 09710152), 35 Regent Street, Leamington Spa CV32 5EE. We're responsible for the details you give us here. The night is presented by Bombay Sapphire. Bombay Sapphire does not receive your details or any photos of you from us.
What we collect
- Your name, email, and WhatsApp/phone number.
- Whether you're presenting or watching, and your gender if you choose to give it.
- Presenters: your pal's first name, your pitch and how you'd like to present.
- Optional details you choose to give: Instagram handle, group size, access needs.
- Waiting list: your name, email, phone, optional Instagram, and your OK to contact you.
- The consents you tick on the form.
Why we use it
- To manage your sign-up, send your confirmation email and let you in on the night. We need this to run the night you've signed up for.
- To contact you with updates about that night, for the same reason.
- To tell you about future Date My Pal nights, only if you ticked the box to hear about them. This is based on your consent.
- To add you to the Date My Pal WhatsApp community, only if you ask to join or use our invite link. This is based on your consent.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, Neon stores the sign-up database, Google Sheets holds a working copy for our team, and Resend sends the confirmation email. They all act only on our instructions.
- If you join the WhatsApp community, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply, and the community's admins can see your number.
- We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with Bombay Sapphire or anyone else beyond what's needed to run the night.
Cookies and tracking
If you say yes to the cookie banner, this site loads the Meta pixel and Google Analytics. They tell us how people find the page, how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, and when someone signs up (as a count, not your form answers). Meta and Google set their own cookies and handle that data under their own privacy policies. If you say no, neither loads. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner comes back.
Photos and video
Photos and videos may be taken on the night for social media, marketing, and recap content. You acknowledge this when you register. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of staff on the night.
How long we keep it
We delete each night's sign-up details within 30 days after that night (this round: Wednesday 21 October 2026), unless you've asked to hear about future nights. Waiting-list details are kept until we've told you about the next night, then deleted.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent, or ask us to see, correct or delete your details, at any time. Email info@fizzymoonbrewhouse.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
