Privacy & consent

This event is hosted by Fizzy Moon at Fizzy Moon, Leamington Spa, in partnership with Beavertown. This notice explains what we collect when you register and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email, and WhatsApp/phone number.
• Your role (presenter or spectator) and gender.
• Presenters: your mate's first name, age, gender, and your pitch.
• Optional details you choose to give: Instagram handle, group size, access needs.
• The consents you tick on the form.

Why we collect it

• To manage your registration and let you in on the night.
• To contact you with event updates (you consent to this when registering).
• To invite you to the event WhatsApp community, only if you opt in.
• To run the presentations and event logistics.

Photos and video

Photos and videos may be taken on the night for social media, marketing, and recap content. You acknowledge this when you register. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of staff on the night.

How long we keep it

We delete registration data within 30 days after the event (Thursday 16 July 2026), unless you have asked to stay on the Fizzy Moon events list.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time. Email info@fizzymoonbrewhouse.com. We do not sell your data or share it beyond what is needed to run this event.
